This privacy policy as amended from time to time (“Privacy
Policy”) applies to the information that numberGo LLC and its affiliates, agents
and reprehensive (hereinafter “numberGo” or “we”) collects via the numberGo web
site located at www.numbergo.com. By using this Site, you agree to the terms and
conditions of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any numberGo
privacy practices associated with any information collection activities that do
not occur via the Site.
To the extent that any terms or conditions of this Privacy Policy conflict with
the terms and conditions of any written agreement between you and numberGo LLC regarding
numberGo’s collection of information via the Site, the terms and conditions of the
written agreement shall govern and control.
1. What Information We Gather
Personally Identifiable Information
“Personally Identifiable Information” means individually identifiable information
about an individual consumer collected via the Site by numberGo from that individual.
We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily
submit such information to numberGo, by, for example, completing a survey, contest
entry form, registration form, or order form. The types of Personally Identifiable
Information that we may request include your name, employer, job title, department,
business mailing address, home mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number
and facsimile number.
In order for you to purchase products that we offer via the Site and/or to participate
in other Site activities, you may be required to provide us with Personally Identifiable
Information. For example, in order to purchase a product via the Site we may ask
you to complete a form that requires your name, physical mailing address, e-mail
address, home phone number, credit card number and credit card expiration date.
Additionally, when you order from the Site we may collect certain consumer information
(such as products ordered and relevant promotion codes) and delivery information
(such as an alternate contact telephone number in the event you are not available
to accept delivery).
The Site is intended for adult audiences and is not directed to individuals under
the age of sixteen (“children”). NumberGo does not knowingly collect personal or
other information from children.
Traffic Data, Cookies and Similar Devices
NumberGo automatically collects and/or logs non-Personally Identifiable Information
about you and your computer in a number of ways, including automatically tracking
your activities through your IP address, computer settings, product version you
already downloaded, type of computer, type of web browser, or most-recently visited
URL. (collectively “Traffic Data”). We use Traffic Data to measure traffic pattern
on the Site, help improve your experience at the Site and for promotional and other
lawful purposes. Non-Personally Identifiable Information concerning demographic,
profile and other data may be shared with advertisers on an anonymous and aggregate
basis.
We may use cookies and similar devices to track your activities. Generally, a “cookie”
is a piece of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can be
read by the web server that gave it to you. NumberGo may use cookies to identify
you as a previous visitor to the Site, learn your interests and preferences, and
allow numberGo’s systems to remember your shopping cart and other shopping information
as you browse the Site. By allowing our systems to set a cookie on your computer,
you should not have to log in more than once per visit, thereby saving you time
while on the Site. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but allow you
to instruct your browser to prevent the use of cookies. If you disable this feature,
you may still use the Site, but certain aspects of the Site experience may be adversely
impacted.
2. How We Use the Information We Gather
NumberGo may store and use your Personally Identifiable Information for various
purposes, such as responding to your requests, processing and filling your orders,
verifying your qualifications for certain products and/or services offers, billing,
improving our services, providing an enhanced and more personalized shopping experience,
communicating with you, informing you of special offers and discounts, and any other
lawful purposes. NumberGo may provide your Personally Identifiable Information to
third parties both within or outside of the United States in order to bill your
credit card for your order, complete your transaction, or for any other lawful purpose.
Your Personally Identifiable Information may be shared with third parties that may
want to contact you with offers that may be desirable to you. You may opt-out of
receiving future promotional mailings from numberGo and/or from such third parties
by following the instructions in the opt-out section below.
3. Customer Feedback
From time to time, numberGo or a third party engaged by numberGo may request feedback
and other information from you about such topics as numberGo products, your experiences
with numberGo, or account status ( “Feedback”). Providing numberGo with Feedback
is optional. By providing Feedback to numberGo, you grant numberGo a nonexclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully sublicensable
right to use the Feedback for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation,
the right to reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display all or
parts of the Feedback in any medium whatsoever along with your first name and last
initial, and local geographic area, as determined by numberGo. NumberGo may also
use the Feedback in anonymous and aggregate reviews.
4. Links to Other Web Sites
The Site may contain links, ad banners or other devices that take you to other web
sites. NumberGo is not responsible for any aspect of other web sites, including,
without limitation, the privacy practices or content of such web sites. The Privacy
Policy will not apply to such other web sites. Rather, your activity and information
you provide at such other web sites will be subject to the privacy policy and other
terms and conditions posted at that site.
5. Changes in the Privacy Policy
NumberGo reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting
notice of the changes to this Privacy Policy on www.numberGo.com. You will be deemed
to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, the changes to this Privacy
Policy after such notice has been posted.
6. Updating Your Information
You have the right to view and update your information through either of the following
methods:
(a) visit www.numberGo.com and follow the instructions; or (b) send an e-mail with
the updates to service@numbergo.com.
7. OPT-OUT
You may opt-out of receiving future promotional communications through either of
the following methods:
(a) visit the Your Account area at the Site and follow the instructions; or (b)
send an e-mail with your opt-out request to
service@numbergo.com.
The Privacy Policy is effective as of 01 January, 2007.
