Importing from QuickBooks® Tutorial

Granting access to the data.

If this is the first time you're importing from QuickBooks® you will need to grant permission to the application. QuickBooks® will bring up a window as shown in figure 3 which requires you to select Yes, to allow numberGo Publisher to access QuickBooks®.

Note: The message shows that the application is called FLEXquarters QODBC. This is the driver which is used by the numberGo Publisher.

After selecting 'Yes' click the 'Continue...' button.
Another window may come up as shown in figure 4. This window says that the driver does not have a digital signature.
Click the 'Yes' button.

You will get one more window in QuickBooks® which is the final Access confirmation as shown in figure 5. Click the 'Done' button.
